Hair Peace - Part 1

Here is Hair Peace Part 1 starring Patricia Arquette.

The second part will be released soon.

Happy 10.10.10./XXX/binary42!

Hair Peace Part 1 from Syncwinnipeg on Vimeo.

Googled "Hair Peace" yesterday morning before we posted the video and found this image of John Lennon and Yoko Ono doing a peace protest called Bed-Ins in 1969.
What really baked my noodle is that the internet was alive with people mentioning John Lennon's birthday only the day before 10.9.10.

Jim:

I was pondering the initials of Hair Peace. HP.

HP 7 just so happens to be what they use as a title for the final Harry Potter movie in the series.

HP for Hair Peace. I like the resonance as HP7 is to be released in 2 parts, just like Hair Peace.

Interestingly enough, Hair itself is often parted in 2 parts.

HARRY Potter obviously conjures up ideas of Hair & Hares/Rabbits as well.

Beautifully so, HP7 is split in between 2010 & 2011.

2010 is the Top Hat. 2011 is the Rabbit being pulled out. The second part.

The Hairy Potter as Creator. The hAIRy One that molds us as a potter molds clay.

Hairy Potter got me thinking. Then Jake posts a tweet about some old movie he is watching today where the tennis themed lighter says A to G.

Jake saw the A to G as 1 to 7, or 127. Which is the number in the title of the new flick 127 Hours.

127, 1 to 7, A to G. Harry Potter 1 to Harry Potter 7. 127.

I like how the first Hairy Potter is called The Philosopher's Stone when the poster for 127 Hours has a Stone that is in the dead centre of the 127 Hours poster and seems to mirror the human stepping across the gap, perhaps symbolic of a "bridge."

Will keep pondering this one.

Kevin: Beutiful work everyone. With the mention of Kruger and the Blades theme, theres an amazing Symmetry beween the First Golden Dawn Tarots 9 of Swords, and the First Nightmare on Elm Streets Johnny Depp Scene. The Thoth Tarots 9 of Swords perfectly
resonates with the 2010 Nightmare on Elm Streets "My Soul to Take". Will update with more time. Bless

Jake:
Checked the Billboard Hot 100 to see what the most popular song is right now and if it entrains with anything syncnificantly noted in recent aspects of our sync net.

The song (4:02 in length in the official video above) is by Bruno Mars and is called Just The Way You Are.
One part of the music video has Bruno manipulate tape to form images including the face and specifically mentioned hair of his girl.
Bruno also happens to be the name of the character holding the A to G (127) lighter in the black and white Strangers on a Train picture Jim posted above.
In this classic Hitchcock film Tennis star Guy meets the unstable Bruno on a train. The two have never met and Bruno proposes this is the perfect setup for the both of them to get rid of unwanted people in each others lives. The each are to murder someone for one another. Guy dismisses this a idle eccentric talk, but Bruno is serious.
In a great scene that continues to unnerve us as to the state of Bruno's mental health he talks to Guy's fiance's father:

BRUNO
I'd like to talk to you sometime,
Senator, about my idea of harnessing
the life force. It will make atomic
power look like the horse and buggy.

I'm already developing my faculty
for seeing millions of miles. And,
Senator, can you imagine being able
to smell a flower on the planet of
Mars?
I'd like to lunch with you
some day soon and tell you more about
it.

Bruno & Mars together just like one of the most popular artists out there today.

In Richard Arrowsmith's post called Beware the Bearded Lady he discloses Selma's relationship to Gweneth Paltrow seeing both their appearances as women with facial hair. A few nights ago I check HBO to find Shakespeare in Love and watch it remembering Richard..

Days latter @seallion retweet this.

Overheard at Baltimore fleamarket, man at collectibles: "I can't believe Ed Gein is so popular this morning."

This tweet was originally by Neil Gaiman who is the writer of Coraline the movie that I just finished talking about on Flight 23.

So I just got curious because I didn't really remember who Ed Gein was. So I looked him up and discovered that he was a serial killer in the 50's that was skinning women to make a suit so Mr. Gein could look like his mom. He turns out to be the source inspiration for Psycho, by Hitchcock referenced above in Jake's Stranger's On A Train, also Buffalo Bill in Silence of the Lambs, as well as Leather Face in Texas Chainsaw.

Later that evening I cruse HBO again and find Psycho on... I thinking to myself at the time "I'm gonna mutha fuckin watch this shit".I was talking to @syncwinnipeg and @seallion with @theghostlight not too long ago about the "Dark Mom" or "Bearded Woman" concept and how for me it resonated with Jung's concept of the collective unconscious. Jung said that throughout history this was usually depicted in myth as a dark woman figure. Peacock the movie is a good depiction of this seeing how a man dresses up like a woman by donning a wig. He dose this in Psycho/Ed Gein style to compensate for the loss of his overbearing mother. The tagline is "If he only knew what she was doing"....
Cillian Murphy plays in this movie and has only one way he can accomplish hiding anything from the part of hisself he is Unconscious of.... While she is away he hides things in a safety deposit box marked 127. I tell Jake and Jim that Cillian Murphy and Ellen Page also star in Inception where Leo from Titanic is scene with the mother of his children as his unconscious. I meantion the Avatar connection as Jake Sully plugs into the Planet Pandora's unconsciousness via his hair and how that relates to the plant or Tree in the movie The Fountain being a woman. Jake kindly says..

"A hairy tree..."

Later Jake was flipping through a book during our talk and discovered the header we are using...

I hope he post it here.

lapis philosophorum:
The philosophers' stone is a legendary alchemical substance, said to be capable of turning base metals, especially lead, into gold; it was also sometimes believed to be an elixir of life, useful for rejuvenation and possibly for achieving immortality. For a long time, it was the most sought-after goal in Western alchemy, meditated upon by alchemists like Sir Isaac Newton, Nicolas Flamel, and Frater Albertus. The Stone was the central symbol of the mystical terminology of alchemy, symbolizing perfection, enlightenment, and heavenly bliss. The discovery of the philosopher's stone was known as the Great Work.[1]
not sure what I'm doing here today, but would like to share three meditations upon finding the philosopher's stone--part of my "Great Work"

-(I note w/ interest that Hairy Potter 7 arrives on this auspicious date 1119)

-(I note w/ interest that the philosophers' stone is "The Bridge" as discovered above by Jim. Do you feel the tickle of the hourglass in this following image? You do remember all the X work? X marks the spot. This is the Omega Point Break, The TIP & the PIT. NOW! This is the point!)

It is the beginning & the end, where the transcendent comes into being, and where being returns to transcendence; where eternity becomes time, and where time becomes eternity. . .
